Typical intervals: fortnightly (small HOAs) to twice a week (large properties). We advise you individually.
Is there a minimum contract period?
Standard contract: three months’ notice to the end of the month. Fair and flexible.
Do you need a key?
For regular cleaning: yes. We work with key cards and logs. Alternative: access at agreed times.
What is included in the fixed price?
Stairs, banisters, doors, entrance area, window sills. Additional services such as window cleaning, lift or basement can be included on request.
How can I save money?
