Deep cleaning — a step above the basics.
Strip old care films, clean the floor intensively, apply a fresh protective layer. That way your floor will look like new for decades.
More than just mopping.
In a professional deep clean, old care and wax films are fully removed, the floor is thoroughly cleared of embedded dirt, and a fresh protective layer is then applied. The result: your floor looks like new — and lasts for years again.
Strip, clean, re-seal.
We work in three clear phases: 1) Old care films and wax layers are loosened and fully removed with an alkaline stripping solution and a single-disc machine. 2) The floor is neutralised and picked up several times with clear water. 3) New care films (dispersions or polymer dispersions) are applied in 2–3 coats — depending on floor type and wear.

Which floors benefit?
Elastic flooring (linoleum, PVC, vinyl) benefits from regular deep cleaning with re-sealing. Natural stone floors (marble, granite, slate) benefit from impregnation. On tiled floors we tackle stubborn grout soiling. For parquet and wooden floors we offer specialist care systems.
Linoleum · PVC
Strip old dispersion, apply 2–3 coats of fresh care film.
Natural stone
Deep clean & breathable impregnation.
Tiles
Intensive grout cleaning, sealing where appropriate.
Parquet · wood
Cleaning plus care oil or lacquer system.
Also after moving or renovating.
Moving out? Just finished renovating? A deep clean makes sense in those situations too — we clean the entire property thoroughly and hand it over move-in ready or ready for inspection. With a handover record for your landlord on request.
Common questions about deep cleaning
How is deep cleaning different from routine cleaning?
Routine cleaning is the daily/weekly upkeep — mopping, vacuuming, sanitary facilities. Deep cleaning is the intensive work, removing old care films and applying new protective layers. It is typically carried out 1–2 times a year.
How often is a deep clean needed?
Depending on use: offices usually once a year, heavily used areas (entrance halls, schools) twice a year. For private homes every 2–3 years is often enough.
How long does a deep clean take?
200 m² office: 1–2 days (including drying time for the care film). 100 m² apartment: 1 day. Larger properties accordingly.
Can I use the floor again immediately?
After the care film is applied, allow 4–12 hours drying time before the floor is fully used again. We schedule the work so your operations are disrupted as little as possible.
Do you also handle pure post-construction or move-out cleaning?
Yes — see our Post-Construction Cleaning. A deep clean can also be booked as a package after a move or renovation.
